In Latin America, public transportation is often unsafe and untrustworthy. So, when Uber started losing its footing in the region over safety concerns, we created a campaign that leveraged one of the app’s most popular features – user profiles. Because when we know each other by name, we immediately break a barrier and connect with others. We’re no longer strangers.
